Carisma Guarantee It is unusual that any of our customers are unhappy with the products we supply. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way with the product you have purchased, you can return it to Carisma. Products must be returned to Carisma within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
Some products we provide include a manufacturers guarantee. Please refer to the individual product for details regarding this.
Delivery Unless a Carisma sales person has notified you that your order will be delayed, you should receive your order within seven (7) working days of placing your order. Carisma makes every effort to ensure that the goods you ordered get to you undamaged and in a timely fashion. Please ensure you read the following in the event of a problem to ensure speedy resolution of any problems.
Shipping please allow up to 7 working days for goods to arrive. Please note some products such as full styling kits are made to order and can take up to fourteen (14) working days to arrive. If the delivery date is to be any longer than 7 days you will be contacted by a Carisma sales representative. Returns Policy Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within 14 days of the original order date. With wheels, front & rear lights and indicators we can only accept returns if a problem is reported within 48 hours of delivery. If we have wrongly supplied parts we will reimburse the full purchase price. However, if the parts have been correctly supplied based upon the information provided at the time of ordering then we will reimburse the product costs less a 25% re-stocking charge. All delivery arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps: 1. Contact us to request a Returns Number. 2. Please note that we can offer a refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in 'as new' condition. The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect resalable condition, if not Carisma reserves the right to send the goods back to the customer and charge for the additional delivery price.
If the above points are met upon inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be made to the customer within 14 working days of receipt of goods being returned to our warehouse.
Where goods are found to have a genuine fault, the customer will be offered an exchange for the product or a credit note to the full value of the transaction. Cash refunds are solely at the discretion of Carisma.
