Carisma Guarantee
It is unusual that any of our customers are unhappy with the products we supply. However, if you are unsatisfied in any way with the product you have purchased, you can return it to Carisma. Products must be returned to Carisma within 7 days of you receiving the goods.
Some products we provide include a manufacturers guarantee. Please refer to the individual product for details regarding this.
Delivery
Unless a Carisma sales person has notified you that your order will be delayed, you should receive your order within seven (7) working days of placing your order.
Carisma makes every effort to ensure that the goods you ordered get to you undamaged and in a timely fashion. Please ensure you read the following in the event of a problem to ensure speedy resolution of any problems.
Shipping
please allow up to 7 working days for goods to arrive. Please note some products such as full styling kits are made to order and can take up to fourteen (14) working days to arrive.
If the delivery date is to be any longer than 7 days you will be contacted by a Carisma sales representative.
In the event that the goods do not arrive, please contact our sales staff on: sales@carismastyle.co.uk All orders will be shipped by recognized delivery agents or Royal Mail postal services please note : deliveries will only be sent to either the card holders address or card holders work address in the later the work name,address, position in company and dept nust br entered, if this is not done the deliverery will be sent to the card holders address by default .
Returns Policy
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within 14 days of the original order date. With wheels, front & rear lights and indicators we can only accept returns if a problem is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
If we have wrongly supplied parts we will reimburse the full purchase price. However, if the parts have been correctly supplied based upon the information provided at the time of ordering then we will reimburse the product costs less a 25% re-stocking charge. All delivery arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
1. Contact us to request a Returns Number.
2. Send the goods to the following address: Returns Dept., Carisma, Unit A7A, Worcester trading estate, blackpole road, Worcester. WR3 8HR. Please note that we can offer a refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in 'as new' condition. Goods returned to us without packaging or not as new condition will be returned to the customer at there cost
And refund will be denied.
3. Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with your Returns Number.
Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. If you fail to obtain a returns number we will be unable to accept your returned goods and will refuse delivery.

As such, all advice given is indicative only and all such advice should be checked by the purchaser prior to order. Where advice is given after visual inspection by agents or servants of this company, such advice shall amount to an opinion only. Additionally, goods supplied are supplied only to correspond to the purpose for which goods of that kind are commonly supplied and not alternative uses to which they may be put. No liability for failure can be accepted by this company for such alternative use, amendment or modification.

For trade buyers, the company is hereby excluded from any liability, howsoever arising, in respect of any express or implied condition, warranty or term, statement, representation whether statutory or otherwise, relating to the goods supplied. The trade buyer accepts that he is best placed to insure against losses which arise by virtue of any breach of this agreement and warrants that he carries adequate insurance in this respect.

8. Products under the 'Special Offers' section are not eligible for refund or exchange and are strictly on a 'first come - first served' basis.
9. The exclusions of liability set out in these terms and conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Carisma or any of its employees.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
11. We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on the Web site.
13. These Terms and Conditions, together with those incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter.
14. There may be errors in pricing on the website.
Refunds Policy
the goods are to be returned within 7 days of purchase.
If the above points are met then a handling fee maybe deducted from the refunded amount. Alternatively the customer may choose to exchange the returned goods for credit against alternative products to the equivalent value or greater without a handling fee.
The customer will be responsible for all delivery costs, including the organization and cost of returning the goods making sure they are adequately packaged and insured during transit.
The goods are to be returned unopened and in perfect resalable condition, if not Carisma reserves the right to send the goods back to the customer and charge for the additional delivery price.
If the above points are met upon inspection of the returned goods, a refund will be made to the customer within 14 working days of receipt of goods being returned to our warehouse.
Where goods are found to have a genuine fault, the customer will be offered an exchange for the product or a credit note to the full value of the transaction. Cash refunds are solely at the discretion of Carisma.
